RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Woodero Inc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every handcrafted item you purchase. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fair for both Indian and international customers. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or cancellation.


RETURN POLICY

Domestic (India) Orders

We accept returns only if the item received is defective, damaged, or non-usable. Returns for preferences, minor imperfections, or color differences will not be accepted.

Conditions for Free Return (India):

  • Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Clear photo/video evidence of the defect must be provided.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at help.woodero@gmail.com or call +91-9352850866 within 48 hours.
  2. Our team will verify and initiate a free reverse pickup.
  3. Once inspected and approved, a free replacement or full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

International Orders

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for international orders, starting from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
  • Must be returned along with any free/promotional items.
  • Valid proof of purchase is required.

Refund Fee: A $10 (USD) processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all international returns unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.

Return Process:

  1. Email help.woodero@gmail.com or call us with your order number.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization with return instructions.
  3. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  4. Upon inspection, refunds (minus $10 fee, if applicable) will be processed within 30 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

India Only

We currently offer exchanges only for domestic (India) orders under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Exchange is available only for defective or size-related issues.
  • No exchanges for international orders at this time.

Exchange Fee:

  • A fee of ₹799 INR per item is applicable unless the product is defective.
  • Fee must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Exchange Process:

  1. Raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send details and images via email or phone.
  3. Make the exchange fee payment and share proof.
  4. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and send the replacement once we receive and verify the original item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–10 working days.

Woodero-Initiated Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled by Woodero Inc. due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
