Welcome to Woodero Inc! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handcrafted wooden trays, kitchenware, mugs, and accessories. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Woodero Inc website—including text, images, logos, product designs, trademarks, and copyrights—is the exclusive property of Woodero Inc or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without written permission.

2. Product Information

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and display differences (e.g. screen settings), slight variations in color, texture, or grain are possible. These are not considered defects.

Woodero Inc reserves the right to modify product details or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

For Indian Customers:

  • Prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of all applicable GST.

  • We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, PayTM, and other leading domestic payment gateways.

For International Customers:

  • Prices are displayed in USD ($) or as per your regional settings.

  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, and PayU.

  • Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors or suspicious transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic (India):

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary from 3–7 days depending on your location.

  • We use reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.

International Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar global carriers.

  • Delivery time is 7–15 business days, with exceptions during holidays or delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Indian customers are eligible for free returns if the product is defective or non-usable.

  • International customers can return items within 30 days, subject to a $10 refund fee, unless the product is damaged or defective.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier. After dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodero Inc and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woodero Inc, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

For international disputes, Woodero Inc reserves the right to determine the legal forum based on the nature of the claim.

Woodero Inc reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
