INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping Charges:
Woodero Inc. offers FREE SHIPPING on all international orders, regardless of the order value. No shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Taxes and Duties:
Many countries impose import duties, customs charges, and local taxes on international shipments. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please check your country’s import policies before ordering, as returns or cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or accept the parcel, Woodero Inc. is not liable for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Delivery Timelines:
As all products are handcrafted, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, political unrest), delays of 2–4 working days may occur. We will notify you via email or phone.
DOMESTIC (INDIA) SHIPPING
Shipping Charges:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders within India. A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD), if available.
Delivery Timelines:
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Taxes and Duties:
Prices shown for Indian customers include GST. No additional taxes will apply upon delivery.
Receiving Orders Guidelines:
If the package is damaged, broken, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Record a video and take photos of the parcel, then email them to us along with your order number for assistance.
SHIPPING PROCESS (All Orders)
Once your order is placed, it is inspected and securely packed before being handed to our delivery partners. A tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and mobile number after dispatch. Use this ID to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

Worldwide Shipping:
We ship to over 220 countries and territories. Eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
Prepaid Orders:
All international orders must be prepaid. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and payment gateways like PayPal and PayU.
For domestic orders, we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
Credit Notes:
Credit notes are sent via registered email and are valid for one-time use within 3 months on our website.
