At Woodero Inc, we recognize the importance of timely and secure delivery of your products. Therefore, we partner with renowned international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others to ensure smooth delivery of all international orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping Charges: Woodero Inc offers FREE SHIPPING for all international orders over $500. Additional shipping fees are charged per kilogram, and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the entire order parcel, calculated at checkout.

  • Taxes and Duties: Please note that many countries impose various import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s tax policies before placing an order, as we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders once they are placed.

    If a customer refuses to accept or pay any customs charges for their international orders, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds under any circumstances.

  • Delivery Timelines: As all our products are handcrafted, it takes us 2-5 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch all international orders.

    During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest or public curfews, there may be an additional delay of 2-4 days in order dispatch. In such cases, our team will notify you of the delay via email or phone.

  • Receiving Orders Guidelines: To ensure your parcel reaches you intact, please inspect it upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. Kindly email all the images and videos along with the order number to us so that we can promptly address the issue and settle claims with the shipment agency.

  • Shipping Process: Once you place an order on our website, our system initiates the process. After processing and passing through multi-level quality checks, your item(s) are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Upon dispatch, a unique tracking ID is sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of your delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship to over 220 destinations worldwide. You can check shipping eligibility for your country at the time of checkout.

  • Prepaid Orders: All international orders must be prepaid. We accept major credit cards like Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.

  • Usage of Credit Notes: Any credit notes issued to you will be sent to your registered email ID and can be redeemed only once on our official website within 3 months from the date of issue.
